Who we are

NomadSpace ("we", "us") helps digital nomads find workspace-ready apartments in Da Nang, Vietnam. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. Questions? Email anvt1.pnv@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms:

• Wi-Fi Map sign-up form: your full name, email address and WhatsApp number, plus — if you choose to answer — when you are arriving in Da Nang and your profession.
• Workspace request form (optional): the workspace setup you would like (external monitor, ergonomic chair, standing desk), your check-in date, length of stay and any notes you add. It is linked to the email address you signed up with.
• Campaign source: if you arrive through a link that contains UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source), we store them with your sign-up so we know which community you found us through.
• Usage analytics: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and events like submitting a form.

We do not collect payment details, and we never ask for passwords or ID documents.

Why we use it

• To send you the Verified Da Nang Wi-Fi Map you asked for.
• To contact you by email or WhatsApp about workspace-ready apartments that match your dates and requested setup.
• To understand which channels and pages work, so we can improve the site (aggregate analytics only).

We process your sign-up data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and analytics data based on our legitimate interest in improving the site. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Access is restricted to our server and the NomadSpace team; the database is not publicly readable.

Third parties

We share data only with the service providers that run this site for us:

• Supabase — database hosting for form submissions.
• Resend — sends our welcome email; it receives your name and email address.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — website usage analytics. It uses cookies or similar identifiers; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA, under their own data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up and workspace request data for as long as we may help you find a stay, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact with you — or sooner if you ask us to. Google Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention setting.

Your rights & deleting your data

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Email anvt1.pnv@gmail.com from the address you signed up with (or tell us your WhatsApp number) and we will act on your request within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
